Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Site has limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background investigation required.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel while following site procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and professionally, following reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, grounds, access points, and perimeter to identify and report security concerns.
• Monitor access to designated areas, verify credentials, and report unauthorized activity or suspicious conditions.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately per Allied Universal procedures.

Job Description

As a Security Guard Full Time Unarmed Patrol Driver in Lebanon, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will conduct routine patrols across assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide professional customer service. This driving position offers the opportunity to respond to concerns, communicate clearly with visitors and staff, and support a welcoming environment through teamwork, integrity, and reliable service.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel while carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, grounds, access points, and perimeter to help identify and report security-related concerns.
• Monitor access to designated areas, verify credentials as directed, and report unauthorized activity or suspicious conditions.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately in accordance with site and Allied Universal procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.l
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
