Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer – Part Time Enhanced for Fort Collins, CO. This Security Guard Patrol Driver role offers reliable, anchored shifts with opportunities to pick up additional shifts to increase earnings.

Pay rate is $24.75 per hour. The schedule includes a fixed anchor shift on Sundays from 11:00 PM to 07:00 AM, with optional extra shifts through the Earn More program, to build up to a full-time schedule if desired.

• Must have good customer service skills.
• Experience in patrol or security-related roles preferred.
• Background check and drug screen required by Allied Universal.

As a Security Guard Patrol Driver in Fort Collins, CO, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $24.75 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Sun 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, helping to identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location in accordance with site-specific procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
