Allied Universal in Fort Collins, CO is seeking a Security Guard Patrol Driver for a part-time Enhanced position with flexible hours and anchor shifts. The role offers reliable hours at an assigned site and opportunities to earn more by picking up additional shifts.

You will provide customer service, perform patrols, monitor access, and respond to incidents. A valid driver’s license is required, CPR/First Aid preferred, and a high school diploma or equivalent is necessary.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with laws.
• A drug screen may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

As a Security Guard Patrol Driverin Fort Collins, CO, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $24.75 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeSun11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
