As an unarmed Patrol Officer, you will operate under flexible shifts, engage with guests professionally, and contribute to a safe, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as condition of employment.
• Drug screen as required by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to guests, crew members, and visitors by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas and surrounding spaces to identify unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to restricted areas and verify credentials.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly and professionally, coordinating with appropriate personnel.
• Complete accurate reports and maintain logs for patrols and observations.

As an unarmed Patrol Officer supporting cruise operations, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and assist guests and team members with exceptional customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Sat: 06:00 AM - 03:30 PM
• Sun: 06:00 AM - 03:30 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to guests, crew members, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a cruise operations environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, access points, terminal spaces, vessel-adjacent locations, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials as directed, and report access-control concerns according to site-specific procedures.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, communicating with appropriate personnel as needed.
• Complete accurate reports and maintain activity logs for patrols, incidents, and security-related observations in accordance with Allied Universal and site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
