Qualifications

• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state or local laws.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations calmly and following established protocols.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the healthcare facility to deter unauthorized activity and identify concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, reporting unusual conditions or violations to site leadership.
• Complete accurate reports and incident documentation while communicating with healthcare personnel and emergency responders.

You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, assist residents, visitors, and staff with professionalism, and communicate observations clearly. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the healthcare facility, resident areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and report unusual conditions, hazards, and policy violations to site leadership.
• Complete accurate reports, activity logs, and incident documentation while communicating professionally with healthcare personnel and emergency responders.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
