Allied Universal in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Part Time Security Guard (Warehouse Rover) to protect client sites across tech, media, and telecom sectors. You will conduct patrols, monitor access, respond to incidents, and provide friendly service to employees and visitors on site.

The role is part-time with a daytime shift and pay rate of $20.73 per hour. A guard card or license and a high school diploma are preferred; background checks and drug screening are required.

• Prepare accurate reports and communicate findings to leadership and site representatives.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, parking areas, perimeter areas, and other assigned locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor credentials in accordance with site procedures, and document entries, exits, and unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and emergency services as directed.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain clear communication with Allied Universal leadership and site representatives regarding incidents, patrol findings, and security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
