This role requires a valid driver's license, at least 1 year of security experience, and a flexible schedule with morning and afternoon shifts. You will perform patrols, monitor access points, and document incidents with a team using our shift-claiming platform.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as required by law.
• Drug screening as required by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and notify appropriate personnel.

• Mon: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Wed: 03:00 PM - 12:00 AM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and store associates by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail store, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and policy concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe customer and employee activity in accordance with site procedures to help deter theft, unauthorized access, and disruptive behavior.
• Complete accurate reports and maintain communication with site leadership and Allied Universal management regarding incidents, observations, and daily activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
