• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a calm, professional manner and notify emergency responders as needed.
• Document patrols, incidents, and security-related activities accurately.

As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or clients while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout the railyard property, perimeter, access points, parking areas, and common areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location, verify authorized visitors and vendors as directed, and report unusual conditions or unauthorized entry attempts.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and emergency responders when needed.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities accurately in accordance with site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
