As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol manufacturing, industrial, retail, and mall locations, maintaining a visible presence that helps deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols, communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and customers, and provide exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout manufacturing, industrial, retail, and entertainment locations, including exterior areas and perimeters.
• Monitor access points, observe site activity, and report unusual conditions, policy violations, and maintenance concerns according to site procedures.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports and incident documentation while maintaining a professional presence that helps to deter unauthorized activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
