Qualifications

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation per applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, maintain logs, and report unauthorized entry attempts per site policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout manufacturing and industrial areas, parking areas, loading docks, and the facility perimeter to identify and report unusual conditions.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner per escalation procedures.
• Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoffs while communicating observations to leadership.

What You’ll Do

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, maintain visitor and contractor logs, and report unauthorized entry attempts in accordance with site policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout manufacturing and industrial areas, parking areas, loading docks, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, following established escalation and notification procedures.
• Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoffs while communicating observations to Allied Universal leadership and designated site contacts.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
