Allied Universal is seeking a Security Guard Part Time Unarmed Patrol Readiness in Pennsauken, NJ. You will protect clients across automotive locations, maintain a visible security presence, and provide courteous service to employees and visitors while following site policies and emergency procedures.

Qualifications

• Possess at least two years of security-related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Guard card or license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• Licensing requirements vary by state and local regulation.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at the automotive location.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols throughout the dealership, service areas, parking lots, vehicle storage areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and observe vehicle and pedestrian activity; manage visitor access.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and document activities.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports regarding incidents and patrol observations.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at an automotive location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the dealership, service areas, parking lots, vehicle storage areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and observe vehicle and pedestrian activity, following established procedures for visitor management and restricted-area access.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting activities as required.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports regarding incidents, patrol observations, and other security-related activities.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least two years of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
