Allied Universal is hiring a Security Guard Part Time Unarmed Patrol in Ocala, FL. The role focuses on guarding residential locations, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining a visible security presence while adhering to site procedures.

As a part-time unarmed officer, you will monitor access, respond calmly to incidents, and document activities. A background check, drug screening, and appropriate licensing are required where applicable.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in line with applicable laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws and regulations; may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the property, reporting unusual conditions or policy violations according to site procedures.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activity in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific reporting requirements.

As an Unarmed Security Officer at a residential location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service to residents and visitors. You will communicate clearly, respond to concerns, and support a welcoming environment while representing Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, and people-first culture with integrity and teamwork.

Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $14.79 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• DayTime Wed 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Thursday 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:
