• Respond to incidents and concerns in a calm, professional manner and contact appropriate personnel as needed.
• Monitor access points and observe activity to deter theft and ensure safety.
• Document incidents and patrols accurately and report findings to leadership.

• Sat: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sun: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to customers, employees, vendors, and visitors by carrying out site‑specific procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a retail grocery location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of sales floors, entrances, exits, parking areas, receiving areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or hazards.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders as needed.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location to help deter theft, unauthorized entry, and other security‑related concerns.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
