• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply depending on state/local laws.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, parking areas, access points, and facility perimeter.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, directing visitors and deliveries, and documenting entry/exit activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and notify appropriate personnel.
• Maintain a visible presence and communicate respectfully with personnel; report maintenance or operational concerns.

You will conduct routine patrols, monitor assigned areas, help deter security-related incidents, support access control activities, and provide professional customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $19.10 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 02:30 PM - 10:30 PM
• Tue: 02:30 PM - 10:30 PM
• Sun: 02:30 PM - 10:30 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out site‑specific security‑related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and policy concerns.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, directing visitors and deliveries, and documenting entry and exit activity in accordance with site requirements.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and completing required reports.
• Help support a professional work environment by maintaining a visible presence, communicating respectfully with personnel, and reporting maintenance or operational concerns through established channels.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of security‑related experience.
• Have at least 2 years of law enforcement, military, and/or corrections experience.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
