Allied Universal in Montgomeryville, PA is seeking a Part-Time Security Guard (Unarmed Driver Route Patrol). You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible security presence, and provide courteous service to employees and visitors at a manufacturing and industrial site.

This role requires a valid driver's license and a high school diploma or equivalent. Work schedule includes day and overnight shifts with a pay rate of $19.00 per hour, and the opportunity to grow within a leading security

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. This driving position requires a valid driver's license. Candidates must fulfill the following requirements to be eligible for employment:

• Valid Driver's LicenseAll candidates must possess a valid driver's license in accordance with the AU Driver Policy Requirements (C123). This is essential for roles that require driving as part of the job responsibilities.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain required entry and delivery records in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency services as directed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, parking areas, perimeter, and other assigned areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Document daily activities, incidents, and irregular conditions accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervision and site representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
