Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Part Time Security Officer in Easton, PA to protect clients across logistics and distribution facilities. You will patrol, monitor access, and provide courteous customer service while maintaining a visible security presence.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by law.

• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents calmly and escalate concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of facilities and perimeter areas to identify and report unusual activity.
• Monitor access points and activity of visitors, drivers, and contractors per site requirements.
• Document incidents and observations accurately and communicate information to site leadership.

Pay Rate: $18.75 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Sat 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM
• Sun 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of logistics and distribution facilities, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor, driver, and contractor activity in accordance with site-specific requirements.
• Document incidents, observations, and completed rounds accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
