Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer - Part Time Enhanced in Bordentown, NJ. This flexible role offers fixed anchor shifts and the option to pick up additional shifts through the scheduling platform to increase earnings.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, warehouses, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter to identify unusual activity and report observations.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, deliveries, and contractor entry per site-specific requirements.
• Complete accurate reports, logs, and documentation related to patrols, incidents, and security-related activities.

As a Security Guard Enhanced Part Time Patrol Deterrence in Bordentown, NJ, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $18.35 / Hour

DayTimeFri12:00 AM - 08:00 AM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
