Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $23.11 - $24.11 / Hour

Job Schedule: DayTimeThur11:00 AM - 07:00 PMFri11:00 AM - 07:00 PMSat11:00 AM - 07:00 PMSun12:00 PM - 06:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, employees, and visitors while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail location, sales floor, stock areas, entrances, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe customer and employee activity, reporting suspicious behavior, policy violations, and potential hazards to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Document patrols, incidents, and observations accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
