Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $15.25 / Hour

• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204) Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in using computers or tablets. Familiarity with basic software applications and digital communication tools is required for effective job performance.
• Customer Service Experience (B219) Candidates should have relevant customer service experience. This is important for roles that involve direct interaction with clients or customers, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.

Job Schedule:

• Thur: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Fri: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, delivery personnel, and employees while carrying out site‑specific access‑control procedures, security‑related policies, and emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.
• Monitor and control access points by verifying credentials, maintaining visitor and contractor logs, and directing authorized individuals to appropriate areas.
• Observe incoming and outgoing deliveries, vendor activity, and employee traffic in accordance with site procedures; report unusual activity or access concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established notification and emergency response protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, facility grounds, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized entry and identify security‑related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• At this site, there are limited on‑site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
