Qualifications

• Must meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• Must be comfortable working in a hospital morgue.
• Must be able to restrain individuals when necessary.
• Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
• A state, county, and/or city-issued security license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 21+ years of age for role.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted as per law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors while carrying out site-specific security procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols at healthcare facilities, parking areas and perimeters.
• Respond to incidents and disturbances in a calm, professional manner and communicate with appropriate personnel.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor management per site requirements.
• Document incidents and patrol activity accurately and promptly per Allied Universal procedures.

As a Security Guard Enhanced Behavioral Support in Mangonia Park, FL, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking‑up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $17.91 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Sun: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (\"Anchor Shifts\"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors while carrying out site‑specific security‑related procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout healthcare facilities, parking areas, and surrounding perimeters, reporting unusual conditions and maintenance concerns.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner and communicate with appropriate personnel.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor management in accordance with site‑specific requirements.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activity accurately and promptly, following Allied Universal and site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• Must be comfortable working in a hospital morgue.
• Must be able to restrain individuals when necessary.
• Client requires proof of high school diploma or ged.
• A state, county, and/or city‑issued security license is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 21+ years of age for role.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
