Allied Universal, a leader in security and facility services, seeks a part-time Security Guard – Badge Verification in Pooler, GA. You will provide customer service, screen entrants, verify credentials, and help maintain a secure environment across logistics sites.

Pay is $16.87 per hour with a flexible Part-Time schedule via our shift-claim platform. As a Screener at a logistics location, you will patrol, respond to incidents, and report security concerns professionally.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of security-related experience required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, screening protocols, and emergency response activities when appropriate.


• Screen employees, visitors, contractors, and authorized items entering designated areas in accordance with location procedures.


• Monitor access points and verify credentials, visitor authorization, and delivery-related entry requirements.


• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, promptly reporting concerns to appropriate site contacts.


• Conduct regular and random patrols of designated business areas and the perimeter, documenting observations and security-related incidents.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.


• Customer service experience is preferred.


• CPR certification is preferred.


• Access control and badge experience is preferred.


• A guard card or license is preferred.


• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.


• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.


• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.


• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.


• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
