Allied Universal is seeking a Security Guard - Evenings Part Time in Reynoldsburg, OH to provide a visible security presence, assist customers, and deter incidents at a retail location. The role requires a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma or equivalent, and willingness to work an evening schedule.

As an unarmed officer, you will patrol assigned areas, monitor access points, respond to incidents, and complete shift reports.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and store associates by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout retail sales areas, entrances, stockroom-adjacent areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity within the retail location, reporting unusual conditions, policy violations, and maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Complete required reports and communicate observations, incidents, and shift-related information to Allied Universal leadership and client representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
