Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and store associates by following security procedures and location policies.

• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the retail area, entrances, stockrooms, and surrounding perimeter.
• Monitor access points and observe activity, reporting unusual conditions or violations to leadership and clients.
• Complete required reports and communicate observations and shift information to leadership.

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sat: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sun: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and store associates by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout retail sales areas, entrances, stockroom-adjacent areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe activity within the retail location, reporting unusual conditions, policy violations, and maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Complete required reports and communicate observations, incidents, and shift-related information to Allied Universal leadership and client representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
