Job Summary

Global Protection and Investigations is seeking a professional Nightclub Security Guard to join our elite team. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to ensure a safe and secure environment for all patrons, staff, and assets within a dynamic Downtown Sacramento nightlife venue. You will play a vital role in preventing unauthorized access, handling security incidents, and maintaining order. The ideal candidate has a background in public safety and security, coupled with a strong sense of professionalism and integrity.

Responsibilities

Patrol the nightclub premises to maintain a strong security presence.

Monitor entry and exit points, ensuring only authorized patrons and personnel access the venue.

Enforce club rules and manage crowd control to prevent disturbances.

Remove trespassers or individuals causing disruptions in a professional manner.

Respond to reports of suspicious activity

Report on daily activities and any security incidents

Qualifications

Previous experience in nightclub security or a similar security role preferred.

High school diploma or GED required.

Strong knowledge of security protocols, especially in high-traffic entertainment venues.

Excellent communication and incident reporting skills.

Ability to operate and manage surveillance equipment effectively.

High level of professionalism, integrity, and ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly.

Strong observational skills with keen attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and without direct supervision.
