As a Security Guard Part Time Lobby Greeter in Cumberland, RI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. You will manage access, monitor activity, respond to security-related concerns, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $17.01 / Hour

Job Schedule: DayTimeMon 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sun 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, employees, and vendors while carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at a healthcare location.
• Staff the front desk, greet and direct visitors, verify access credentials, and maintain visitor logs in accordance with established procedures.
• Monitor entry activity, respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, and notify appropriate personnel as needed.
• Assist with access control, issue visitor passes or temporary credentials as authorized, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas.
• Maintain accurate incident reports, shift activity logs, and other required documentation while communicating relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
