• Check in visitors in accordance with client procedures.
• Issue badges and check orientation cards for current site status. Check computer spreadsheet to verify if visitor requires an escort.
• Check in and receive deliveries and notify the contact on site as soon as possible.
• Monitor parking lot with cameras and visual to ensure vehicles are parking properly.
• Show safety video to visitors.
• The security team checks vehicles going in and out of the truck gate and performs vehicle searches if required. Note: The site also has the right to search vehicles if needed.

Work Schedule: Rotating 12 hour shifts

JOB DUTIES

• Monitor front gate entrance and immediate area. Answer all incoming calls.
• Check in visitors in accordance with client procedures.
• Issue badges and check orientation cards for current site status. Check computer spreadsheet to verify if visitor requires an escort.
• Check in and receive deliveries and notify the contact on site as soon as possible.
• Monitor parking lot with cameras and visual to ensure vehicles are parking properly.
• Show safety video to visitors.
• The security team checks vehicles going in and out of the truck gate and performs vehicle searches if required. Note: The site also has the right to search vehicles if needed.
