Job summary

In-N-Out Burger in Lancaster, TX is seeking a full-time, unarmed Security Guard to help maintain the safety of the warehouse and distribution facility. The role includes guarding the grounds, monitoring gates and cameras, and assisting visitors at the guard shack while upholding courteous, professional service.

The schedule features five rotating shifts per week (Swing 2:00 pm–10:00 pm; Overnight 10:00 pm–6:00 am) with weekends and holidays required; competitive benefits are provided, including

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Store/security experience preferred.
• Guard Card preferred but not required.
• Excellent customer service, friendliness and hospitality skills.
• Knowledge of security systems and surveillance equipment.
• Ability to quickly respond to security threats.
• Must be reliable and able to work without constant direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the safety and security of the Lancaster warehouse facility and grounds.
• Operate guard monitoring tasks: gates, foot patrols, cameras, alarms and emergency procedures.
• Serve as receptionist/greeter in the guard shack for visitors.
• Screen and log in all visitors entering and exiting the complex.
• Conduct routine surveillance and security patrols; respond to incidents.
