What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk of a financial institution by following site-specific procedures and security-related policies.
• Greet employees, clients, visitors, and vendors professionally; verify identification, manage visitor access, and maintain accurate entry records.
• Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and other security-related systems as assigned; report unusual activity or access concerns promptly.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, medical situations, and other critical events in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
• Maintain a professional front-desk presence, provide directions and assistance, and communicate security-related observations to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
