As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. You will conduct routine patrols, communicate professionally, and provide exceptional customer service while representing Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, and integrity-driven culture.

Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $16.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Wed: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM


• Thur: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM


• Fri: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM


• Sat: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM


• Sun: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related protocols at a manufacturing and industrial location.


• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facility grounds, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, access points, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity.


• Monitor access points and verify authorization for personnel, visitors, contractors, and vehicles in accordance with site policies.


• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.


• Document patrols, observations, incidents, and security-related activities through accurate reports and shift logs.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.


• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.


• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.


• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.


• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
