• X-Ray screening experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, employees, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies at a retail location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the retail floor, common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting suspicious behavior, hazards, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, medical situations, and other critical events in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and contacting emergency services when needed.
• Prepare clear and accurate incident reports, patrol logs, and daily activity documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• X-Ray screening experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
