Allied Universal is seeking a Security Guard Full Time TWIC Area Patrol Driver in Jacksonville, FL to serve and safeguard clients across government and other industries. You will perform routine unarmed patrols, manage access control, and provide excellent customer service while embodying our values.

As a Patrol Officer at a government port location, you will follow site procedures, maintain logs, respond calmly to incidents, and support emergency response.

Qualifikationen

• Possess a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC).
• A valid driver’s license is required per Allied Universal policy.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Guard card/license is preferred.
• Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations, documenting observations per site policies.

Security Guard Full Time TWIC Area Patrol Driver in Jacksonville, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a government port location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control and incident response. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to port visitors, employees, contractors, and/or vendors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of port facilities, grounds, access points, parking areas, waterfront perimeters, and other assigned locations to help identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to assigned areas by observing personnel and vehicle activity, verifying credentials or authorization as directed, and reporting access concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document observations in accordance with site-specific policies.
• Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation, and communicate relevant information to supervisors and incoming personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess a Transportation Worker Identification Credential issued by the Transportation Security Administration.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Possession of a guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
