Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required per policy.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to background investigation per laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories.
• As a condition of employment, subject to drug screen where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, access points, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access control points, verify credentials, document visitor/contractor/delivery activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations; notify relevant personnel and responders.
• Complete detailed activity reports, incident documentation, and shift logs while observing hazards and protocols.

As a Patrol Officer at a chemical and petrochemical location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service. Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Thur: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Fri: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Sat: 08:00 PM - 08:00 AM
• Sun: 08:00 PM - 08:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and/or emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access control points, verify credentials as assigned, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site personnel and emergency responders as directed.
• Complete detailed activity reports, incident documentation, and shift logs while maintaining awareness of site hazards and emergency protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
