Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Security Guard Full Time Patrol Driver in Berkeley Heights, NJ. You will serve clients in Healthcare facilities, conduct routine unarmed patrols, deter incidents, and provide friendly, professional service to patients, visitors and staff.

This role requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to respond calmly to emergencies, monitor access points, and document incidents in accordance with site

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a healthcare location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide welcoming customer service to patients, visitors, and staff. Job Schedule:

• Mon - 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Tue - 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Wed - 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sun - 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating with appropriate site personnel and emergency responders.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of healthcare facilities, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas to help identify and report security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor direction, access-control procedures, and maintaining an orderly environment for patients and staff.
• Prepare accurate reports and document incidents, observations, and security-related activities in accordance with site policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
