Job summary

This on‑site, full‑time position requires a valid driver’s license, alarm panel and badge experience, CPR certification, and strong customer service skills.

• Valid Driver's License
  Candidates must possess a valid driver's license in accordance with the AU Driver Policy Requirements (C123).

• Access Control/Badge Experience
  Candidates should have prior experience with access control systems and badge management (B201).

• Alarm Panel Experience
  Familiarity with alarm panel operations is required (B202).

• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet
  Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in using computers or tablets for various tasks (B204).

• CPR Certification
  A valid CPR certification is mandatory for all candidates (B205).

• Customer Service Experience
  Candidates should have relevant experience in customer service roles (B219).

• Ability to Lift More Than 20 lbs
  Candidates must be physically capable of lifting items weighing more than 20 lbs (B209).

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, service requests, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, documenting activities according to site requirements.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility, including office areas, entry points, parking areas, and the perimeter, to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security‑related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorized entry as directed by site procedures, and report access‑related issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Observe and report unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and security‑related incidents while maintaining a professional presence in a fast‑paced corporate environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
