As a Security Guard Full Time Mobile Patrol Driver in Willow Grove, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy retail location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service. This primarily driving post requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Bring strong communication skills and integrity while supporting a caring, team-focused environment.

Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $16.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Thur: 12:00 PM - 10:30 PM
• Fri: 12:00 PM - 10:30 PM
• Sat: 12:00 PM - 10:30 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, customers, and store associates by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail sales floor, entrances, parking areas, receiving areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and support a welcoming environment.
• Monitor access points and observe customer and associate activity for potential policy violations, reporting observations to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision as appropriate.
• Assist with documenting incidents, completing required reports, and communicating relevant information to appropriate personnel in accordance with site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
