As a Security Guard - Full Time Hours in Cincinnati, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Front Desk Officer at a dynamic food and beverage location, where you will greet visitors, manage access, monitor activity at the entrance, and support day-to-day security-related operations with professionalism and care. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $16.77 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Thursday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Friday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Saturday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Sunday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk protocols, visitor management, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Monitor access at the front desk by greeting employees, visitors, and delivery personnel, checking identification and/or credentials, and documenting arrivals and departures according to site policies.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and emergency services when appropriate.
• Answer phones, assist with directions and general inquiries, and support security-related reporting, log entries, and documentation for daily front desk activity.
• Help to deter unauthorized access and support order at a busy food and beverage location by maintaining awareness of lobby activity and following established post procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
