The selected candidate will perform various security duties as outlined by contract requirements and site-specific post orders, including:

• Access control for guests, tenants, and vendors
• Enforcement of client and company policies and procedures
• Observation and reporting of security and safety hazards
• Routine foot patrols in and around the building
• Reporting issues and incidents to the operations manager, client, and relevant departments
• Interaction with clients, visitors, public safety officials, employees, and the public
• Other duties as assigned

This position may require working indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures, standing for prolonged periods, walking, bending, some lifting, and sitting in front of a computer for extended periods.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to multitask
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office products
• Ability to operate and maintain site-specific security programs
• At least one year of verifiable work experience; military, concierge, or related field degrees are considered
