Adecco is recruiting for a Security Guard (Front Reception Area) to be stationed onsite in Honolulu, HI 96813. The role involves protecting front reception, verifying visitors, and maintaining logs in a healthcare-related setting.

The position offers full onsite work, regular hours, and opportunities for onboarding through Adecco's Aspire Academy. Pay is $19.39 per hour with a Monday–Friday 8:00–5:00 schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous security, law enforcement, military, or related experience preferred.
• Strong observation and situational awareness skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and secure the front reception and entry areas.
• Verify visitor identities and maintain visitor logs.
• Control access to the facility and ensure only authorized personnel enter restricted areas.
• Patrol designated areas as required and maintain a visible security presence.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, suspicious activities, and emergency situations.
• Coordinate with management, law enforcement, or emergency services when necessary.
• Monitor security cameras and report unusual activity.
• Assist employees and visitors with security-related concerns.
• Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate security records.
• Ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures.

Pay Details:

$19.39 per hour
