LifeSpire of Virginia is seeking a Security Guard for the 3:00 PM–11:30 PM shift in the Richmond, VA area. The role focuses on maintaining the safety of residents, staff, visitors, and facilities while delivering courteous service to seniors and colleagues.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service setting as security or related field.
• Must be able to read, write, and follow written and verbal directions and converse in English.
• Valid driver's license with a clean background.
• Must be able to relate to the needs and concerns of senior adults.

Responsibilities

• Conduct repeated security and safety rounds inside and outside community buildings.
