Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or clients at a financial institution reception area while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Monitor access by verifying visitor credentials, issuing badges, maintaining logs, and directing guests.
• Answer calls, receive deliveries, and communicate with appropriate personnel regarding arrivals and access requests.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and notify appropriate responders.
• Maintain a professional front-desk presence that deters unauthorized access and supports a welcoming environment.

Pay Rate: $18.54 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Sat: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Sun: 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or clients at a financial institution reception area while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying visitor credentials, issuing visitor badges, maintaining visitor logs, and directing guests according to site requirements.
• Answer incoming calls, receive deliveries, and communicate clearly with appropriate personnel regarding visitor arrivals, access requests, and/or unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and notify appropriate personnel or emergency responders as directed.
• Maintain a professional front-desk presence that helps to deter unauthorized access and supports a welcoming environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
