Job Description

As a Security Guard Entertainment Complex in Denver, CO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a commercial real estate location, maintaining a visible presence to help deter incidents. You will conduct routine rounds, report security-related concerns, assist tenants and visitors, and provide professional customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $23.50 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of parking areas, building exteriors, access points, common areas, and the surrounding property perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location, observe and report unusual conditions, and provide directions or assistance to visitors as needed.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Document patrols, incidents, and other security-related observations in daily activity reports and communicate relevant information to property management and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
