Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer – Part Time Enhanced in Clatskanie, OR to provide reliable, flexible security coverage.

The role offers fixed anchor shifts with an opportunity to pick up additional shifts via our scheduling platform, and a path toward full-time roles through paid training and advancement.

Key responsibilities include customer service to clients and staff, patrolling premises, monitoring access, and responding to incidents with a calm, problem-solving approach.

Qualificações

• Must have a valid driver’s license per Allied Universal policy.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, contractors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout manufacturing and industrial facilities, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, documenting visitor and contractor entry, and directing individuals according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and prepare accurate activity and incident reports.
• Observe and report facility conditions, including unsecured doors, damaged fencing, fire hazards, and other security‑related concerns, following established reporting procedures.

As a Security Guard Enhanced Part Time Driving Patrol in Clatskanie, OR, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking‑up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $22.66 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Sat 12:00 PM - 12:00 AM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.
