• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology data center by carrying out site‑specific security‑related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random foot and vehicle patrols of data center buildings, access points, parking areas, perimeter fencing, and other assigned areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access control points and verify authorized entry credentials for personnel, visitors, and vendors in accordance with established site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel as directed.
• Document patrols, observations, incidents, and access‑related activities in required reports and logs.

Job Schedule

• Fri 05:30 AM - 05:30 PM
• Sat 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM
• Sun 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM

How This Role Works

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.
