Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Guard for a Large Data Center in the Sparks area to protect clients across CRE, healthcare, education, and government while delivering professional customer service. You will patrol the site, respond to incidents, and enforce safety procedures.

Minimum requirements include 18+ for unarmed roles, 21+ for armed roles, a high school diploma or 5 years' experience, and successful background and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Background check required by law; compliance with all regulations.
• Drug screen required; background checks performed.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws; driver’s license if driving.

Large Data Center - Reno, Sparks area

Pay Details: $25.21 / hr.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities


• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner


• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles


• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universalwill consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
