Job Description

• Shift: Split Swings
• Friday to Sunday 1600 to 0000
• Tuesday to Wednesday 1500-2300
• Pay Rate: $19.82/Hour
• Location: San Marcos

Requirements

• Guard Card
• California Driver’s License
• Security Experience
• Must be able to lift more than 20lbs.

As a Security Guard, you will serve and safeguard clients in various industries such as Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government, and more.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and problem-solve effectively
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, with environments varying by client site

Minimum Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles
• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
• Subject to background investigation and drug screening in accordance with laws
• State and local licensing requirements may apply
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions
