Formación

• Minimum Requirements: At least 2 years of corrections, law enforcement, or military experience.
• Armed guard card or license required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.

• Background check and drug screen are required as a condition of employment.

As an Armed Patrol Officer at a premier residential community, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor access points, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and respond to security-related concerns. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication to residents, guests, and staff while representing Allied Universal’ s agile, reliable, innovative, and people-first values with integrity and teamwork.

Pay Rate: $23.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, access-related issues, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of residential community grounds, common areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity; verify credentials and/or authorization in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activity accurately, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of corrections, law enforcement, or military experience.
• Possess an armed guard card or license.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
