Allied Universal is seeking an Armed Security Officer Experienced Verification for a full-time position in Boca Raton, FL. You will guard and monitor entry points, verify access, and deliver exemplary customer service to members, guests, and staff at a premier private club.

The role requires an Armed Guard Card/License, a minimum of 6 months of armed security experience, and compliance with background checks and drug screening. Shifts include day and night hours as listed.

Qualifications

• Armed Guard Card/License is required.
• At least 6 months of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required per policy.
• Must be at least 21 years old for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to members, guests, vendors, and staff while carrying out site-specific access-control procedures and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access, maintain visitor and vendor records, and direct guests according to location policies.
• Respond to access concerns, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entrances, parking areas, clubhouse surroundings, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Communicate professionally with club personnel and guests while reporting security-related observations and policy violations.

As an Armed Access Control Officer, you will help maintain a welcoming, controlled environment at a premier private club by monitoring entry points, verifying access, responding to security-related concerns, and delivering exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• An Armed Guard Card/License is required.
• At least 6 months of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security-related training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
