Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Guard Access Credential Authentication in Dallas, TX to monitor entry points, verify credentials, and provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced logistics environment.

You will conduct patrols, manage visitor access, respond to incidents, and support a safe, welcoming workplace while following site policies and applicable laws. This full-time role offers a competitive pay rate and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years old.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor and control access to the logistics and distribution location by verifying credentials, processing authorized visitors and deliveries, and maintaining applicable access records.
• Respond to incidents, access-related concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency services as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, loading areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify unauthorized activity or potential concerns.
• Assist with maintaining orderly vehicle and pedestrian entry and exit procedures in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Pay Rate: $16.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon – 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Wed – 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sat – 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM
• Sun – 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:
