Job summary

First Harvest Credit Union is seeking a Security Officer to help safeguard our corporate and branch offices. You will monitor activities, control access, respond to alarms, and help maintain a safe, professional environment for staff and visitors.

Responsibilities include patrols, incident reporting, badge management, mail delivery coordination, and handling security systems maintenance. A high school diploma or GED is required, with SORA/BLS/CPR preferred. Valid driver's license is necessary.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Patrol premises to deter unauthorized access and secure entry points.
• Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances to maintain safety.
• Control entry/exit of staff, visitors, and contractors.
• Issue and manage security access cards.
• Maintain daily activity logs and incident reports.
• Monitor security systems and address tampering or malfunctions.
• Handle deliveries and assist with facilities tasks as needed.
