Security Guard – Two Shifts Available

Pay: $17.50 per hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday

Available Shifts:

Day Shift: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Overnight Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Location: Onsite at a Logistics Warehouse

Position Type: Full-Time

We are currently seeking dependable and responsible Security Guards to provide onsite security coverage at a logistics warehouse. We have two shifts available, one daytime shift and one overnight shift.

This position will primarily be stationed in the facility’s guard shack and is responsible for helping maintain a safe, secure, and professional environment throughout the assigned shift.

Previous security experience is preferred, but it is not required. We are willing to consider reliable candidates who demonstrate strong judgment, professionalism, and a commitment to showing up on time and ready to work.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional security presence at the facility’s guard shack.
• Monitor employees, visitors, vendors, trucks, and other individuals entering or exiting the property.
• Verify access and follow established check-in and check-out procedures.
• Maintain accurate visitor, vehicle, or security logs as required.
• Monitor the property for suspicious activity, safety concerns, or unauthorized access.
• Report unusual activity, incidents, or security concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
• Conduct routine checks or patrols of designated areas when required.
• Follow all warehouse safety and security procedures.
• Remain alert and attentive throughout the entire shift.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with warehouse management, drivers, employees, and visitors.
• Complete incident reports or other required documentation when necessary.

• 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Experience

Previous experience in security, warehouse security, gatehouse security, logistics, loss prevention, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Training will be provided for the right candidate.
